Affordable Wire Management (AWM) has developed various new Bonsai module cable hangers for Array Technologies. AWM’s Bonsai Hangers-the industrial-prefered solutions for solar cord cables specially designed for Array’s Duratrack and Omnitrack Tracker systems and 400 mm Thru-Bolt-Klem.

These adjusted Bonsai hangers route sign cables under the coupling tube to reduce shade and lead around bearings, while the risk of damage caused by environmental factors or system maintenance is minimized. As with AWM’s other product lines, Bonsai is manufactured with durable metal alloys, with optimum corrosion resistance, unparalleled strength and a lifespan of more than 40 years.

“We have found many synergies between Array technologies and AWM, both in terms of our focus on excellence and innovation mindset,” said Scott Rand, CEO and co -founder at AWM. “Both teams are committed to a cycle of continuous improvement that is crucial to help our industry move forward. AWM is proud to offer string management solutions for every new iteration of the Array tracking system on a global scale.”

With constant upgrades to tracker and module design, the tailor -made compatibility of Bonsai presents an effective, manoeuvrable solution for the management of solar string. Bonsai Hangers have been developed to be easily installed; No tools are required and they can be assembled with one hand. To date, AWM’s Bonsaihanger has been adapted for more than 30 unique use cases.
