“This acquisition represents an important step in our mission to build a more sustainable future,” said Stijn Vos, CEO of Enstall. “Schletter’s strong reputation for technical excellence, combined with Enstall’s broad capabilities, will enable us to lead innovation in the solar energy sector. Together we will deliver high-quality solutions and services that meet the diverse needs of the market, accelerating the global transition to renewable energy.”

Like Enstall, Schletter serves both the American and European solar construction markets. Schletter produces structures for pitched roof, flat roof and ground-mount applications, including fixed-tilt racking and solar trackers.

“We are pleased to join the Enstall Group,” said Florian Roos, CEO of Schletter. “Together we will leverage our combined strengths to expand our global reach and continue to support the global transition to renewable energy. For Schletter, this is an exciting new chapter, one that will enable us to scale our operations and better serve our global partners.”

The existing companies under the Enstall umbrella are IronRidge, EcoFasten, the installation brand Esdec, BluBase, PanelClaw and Sunfer.
