Fronius USA has announced that the California Energy Commission (CEC) has added the Fronius Gen24-Omverter (ESS) mention (ESS) in combination with the BYD-HVM battery solution.

“With the CEC ESS Official Listing, the Fronius Gen24 is recognized as an approved top choice for energy storage in California, with exceptional quality, efficiency and reliability for the developing energy market of the state,” said Richard Baldinger, director of Sales & Marketing Business Solar Energy Usa.

De door CEC goedgekeurde lijst omvat de Fronius Gen24- en Gen24 Plus -modellen (3,8 kW, 5,0 kW, 6,0 kW, 7,7 kW en 10,0 kW), die nu zijn goedgekeurd voor gebruik met BYD’s energieopslagcapaciteiten (11.0kWh, 13.8kWh, 16.6.6.6wh en 19.3kWh). The Fronius Gen24 and BYD HVM system can now be installed together in California, as well as in other markets for utilities that have taken over the CEC list outside the state of California.
