GoodWe presented its ‘Warm Home All-in-One’ solution at a launch event in London, welcoming almost 150 industry leaders and market experts for an evening of insights and exchange. The solution integrates solar, storage, EV charging, heating and smart energy management into one unified system, giving homeowners easier access to clean energy while reducing energy costs.
Company founder and CEO Daniel Huang addressed attendees in a keynote speech, noting: “The UK Warm Homes plan sets a clear direction: transforming households into active energy units. This means that homes no longer just consume energy, but also produce and manage it. These are what we call ‘Energy Prosumers’.”
During the event, GoodWe also strengthened its ecosystem through partnerships with leading energy platforms, including Kraken, with the two parties sharing a signing ceremony.
The UK government announced the £15 billion Warm Homes plan in January, targeting upgrades to 5 million homes by 2030. Around £5 billion will be allocated to fully funded upgrade packages for low-income households, while a combination of subsidized zero and low interest loans and investment mechanisms will support wider household adoption of solar, batteries and heat pumps.
With its Warm Home All-in-One solution, including photovoltaic building materials (PVBM), ESA series inverter and storage system, EV charger, heat pump and smart management, GoodWe addresses the key needs of the UK residential solar market, with the system enabling 70% self-consumption, significantly reducing energy bills and emissions.
To adapt to different local living conditions, the company also offers a compact micro-storage solution for social housing and homes with limited space, allowing them to access clean energy with minimal effort.

With one brand behind the entire solution, this means an easier installation process and fewer compatibility issues for installers. For homeowners, this means a smoother experience and a more reliable system, with service clarity and standardization.

At the heart of this solution is the ESA Series All-in-One, which combines a solar PV inverter with modular batteries and an intelligent energy management system. Designed according to GoodWe’s “4S System” concept of quiet, smart, safe and simple, the ESA series is designed to deliver both performance and a user-centric experience.
With noise being a major concern when integrating technology into living spaces, it was pointed out that even the three-phase ESA models manage to produce an operating noise of just 30 dB* (*5~8kW｜at 25°C ambient temperature). This is achieved through tailor-made low-noise fans, real-time adaptation to operating conditions and an ultra-quiet mode that can be activated by the user.
During the event, the company, in collaboration with TÜV Rheinland, released a whitepaper on the acoustic performance of PV and ESS, providing technical insights into the optimization of sound in homes and beyond. It is the industry’s first white paper dedicated to noise reduction in PV and energy storage systems and aims to promote noise standards across the sector and improve the user experience.
Key account manager at TÜV Rheinland, Aditya Lyer, explained: “Clearer industry standards around noise are needed for residential energy storage systems. This would help define acceptable noise thresholds and ensure systems are designed to minimize disruption in densely populated areas.”
As previously mentioned, GoodWe and Kraken held a signing ceremony at the London event to announce their new partnership. The smart features of the ESA series devices also include Virtual Power Plant (VPP) and Energy Management System (EMS) compatibility. In the UK market, GoodWe has successfully completed system compatibility and integration with Kraken, the technology platform behind Octopus Energy’s smart tariffs.
