Intersolar & Energy Storage Noord -Arikika (Iesna) now accepts applications for his sixth annual Solar games Competition held on 18-20 February 2026 in the San Diego Convention Center.
The Solar Games Tasks teams with the construction of residential solar storage systems – including solar modules, racks, inverters, battery storage and other components – live in a stadium institution in the exhibition hall. The 2026 competition will include new challenges and tests that still have to be announced, with competing teams assessed on installation quality, safety, speed and other criteria while they go through the tournament. The winning team is appointed as champion Solar Games and has awarded $ 10,000.
2025 Solar Games Champions Huston Solar shared insight for installation teams that are interested in applying for: “We strongly recommend it. Even if you don’t get it far into the games, the fair itself is a great experience, the team that you get is immeasurable and not before Masters at their profession.”
Team requirements and details
- Teams in Noord -Arikika Must submit an application Before the Deadline of September 19, 2025.
- All team members must be OSH 10 certified; One member must be a NABCEP PV installation professional, technical sales professional or a recognized/student electrician.
- Cash prices include: first place $ 10,000, second place $ 3,500 and third place $ 2,500.
- An advisory board Representative of the Institute for Building Technology and Safety, Revision Energy, Rolls Battery Engineering, Snapnrack, Solar Cowboyz and Twende Solar will help to develop and supervise the competition.
- Sponsor-delivered equipment will be donated to later Twende Solar For use in projects that have subordinate communities empowerment with renewable energy systems. The growing list of 2026 equipment sponsors contains Fronius, K2 systems and Soladeck.
