The Heating Specialist Midea, based in China, has developed a new inner home pump for residential applications.

“Since R290 is a natural coolant, it is the warming potential of the earth (GWP) only 3 and the ozone exhausting potential (ODP) is 0,” the manufacturer said in a statement. “The powerful heating production offers 80 ° C water temperature that can meet all household requirements.

The R290 Nature ATW heat pump measures 1,051 mm x 1,330 mm x 475 mm and has a weight ranging from 170 kg to 191 kg, depending on the model.

It is available in 10 versions with heating capacity ranging from 8 kW to 15.5 kW and cooling capacity from 8.3 kW to 15, kW.

The manufacturer claims that the system can reach a performance coefficient (COP) of a maximum of 5.25 and a seasonal performance coefficient (SCOP) of a maximum of 5.35.

The IP55-rated system uses a double M-bracket, which reportedly reduces vibrations, and a rotor with a low rejection with a high natural frequency. It is also equipped with 15 sensors to check real -time parameters and to guarantee continuous operation in the case of a sensor strike.

“The heat pump system works stable and ensures comfort, with work temperature as low as -25 ° C and household hot water output
Temperature as high as 75 ° C, “the company said.” The heat pump system can be driven remotely by the SmartHome app and the IEASYEENEERGY app. “
