Omco Solar Debuts Long-Range Tracker Controller

Omco SolarA factory direct manufacturer of solar rackers and fixed-tilt racking, launches the Omco Star Tracker Control System, now available nationally.

“The launch of the Omco Star Tracker Control System is the highlight of years of cooperation through our engineering and internal software teams, in addition to valuable feedback from customers, installers and partners. We are proud of the results: a solution that again defines how trackers perform with one axle in the field, says Lepolve Valkpilve.

OMCO factory trackers from the Omco-Oorsprong to work seamlessly with OMCO-OORTPRONG, uses Omco Star Long Range Wireless Technology-Die a communication range of more than one miles, which results in much fewer network controllers that are needed for this type of project. Omco-star uses a field-replaceable battery, is being tested again to resist wind, hail, snow and floods and does not require AC cabling or channel.

“Through its factory directive model, Omco Solar supplies the shortest lead times of industry, temporary shipments each time, complete domestic content and direct access to engineering, production and support teams,” said Gary Schuster, President and CEO of Omco. “The addition of the Omco Star Tracker Control System shows the dedication of OMCO Solar to continuous innovation and product development that meets the developing needs of the solar industry.”

Omco Star was built in one of the five American production facilities at Omco.
