Premier Energies LTD, one of the largest integrated solar manufacturers in India, today announced the launch of his next generation 620 W DCR zone module based on N-type top con cell cells.

The module measures 2,382 mm x 1.134 mm x 35 mm and is built with 132 half -celled bifacial cells based on G12R (210 x 182.3 mm) rectangular waffle format, with an improved output with a maximum of 85%. The power conversion efficiency is 22.95%.

“With the introduction of Topcon architecture, the G12R 620 W-module provides an exceptional power density, an improved temperature coefficient and stronger performance with little light. The rectangular G12R N-Type Celf format unlocks higher string power and forest optimization is higher.

The module has an open circuit voltage of 49.34 V and a short -circuit current of 15.63 A, with the temperature coefficient -0.29%/C.

“As one of the first few companies that bring 620 W DCR modules to the market, we offer a future solution to help solar energy investors and consumers in extracting more energy and value from every radius of the sun,” said Chiranjeev Saluja, director and Chief Executive Officer at Premier Energies. “These modules, which meet the regulations of India’s domestic content requirement (DCR), go a long way in supporting the ambitions of the solar energy of the country and making policy in India.”
