SolarEdge Technologies has announced that the Solar Omvolportfolio Build America, Buy America (BABA) has reached ACT-Compliance, which is extensively produced by the US, in particular including the planned C&) 480-V-product line. This milestone will make participation in federal infrastructure projects possible, including federally financed subsidies and projects, while domestic production and job creation are supported in its facilities in Florida and Texas.

The BABA-compliant portfolio includes the 480-V EN 208-V three-phase inverters with C651U and C652U-Stroom optimizers, as well as the single-phase SolarEdge Home Hub-Omvolers and U650 Power Optimizers.

By achieving compliance with BABA for the planned DC-optimized inverter solutions, SolarEdge developers and EPCs will support in complying with the federal infrastructure requirements.

“By producing these advanced systems in the interior and achieving BABA compliance, our C&I -Omverter -solution will be able to promote the use of premium American solar technology in federal infrastructure projects, to support American jobs and innovation,” said John Carroll, VP of C & I North –ameraamerika.
