Sungrow New products will be shown at the RE+ tradeshow, including a modular inverter of the second generation for PV projects on Utility scale; the next generation of Powertitan 3.0, an AC-Blok Bess for large-scale energy storage applications; And the PowerStack 255CS Bess for C & I Energy Storage.

4.8-MW inverter

Sungrow’s 4.8 MW SG4800UD-MV-US Modular inverter For North America combines the benefits of both central and string-ominers and offers 800 kW per unit in a flexible design that reduces forest costs. The split modular design makes it possible to replace the inverter in less than an hour, so that downtime is minimized and operational efficiency is maximized.

The system has an intelligent error diagnosis for rapid fault identification and has self -cleaning air ducts to reduce daily maintenance needs. The management of spare parts has been simplified, since a single type of spare component is required for the inverage module. Designed for extreme durability, supplies 100% power in ambient temperatures up to 45 ° C (113 ° F) and has a closed Nema 4x rating, which guarantees improved reliability, even in hard environments.

Safety and performance are further enhanced by smart DC -termal temperature protection and a bottom pressure design. In addition, the groundbreaking PV-raster-forming and off-grid commissioning opportunities for early commercial operation and improvement of the efficiency on investments (ROI) make it possible, which makes a new benchmark for solar energy energy systems on the utilities in North America.

Powertitan 3.0

For applications on Nuts scale, Sungrow has launched the next generation AC Block Energy Storage System Powertitan 3.0.

Powertitan 3.0 delivers 6.9 MWh in a standard ISO container of 20 FT, where batteries are integrated with the string-PCs for designs of 2 to 8 hours. It has the first mass-produced 661AH stack LFP cell, with a lifespan of 12,500 cycle for exceptional reliability and cost efficiency.

The system debuts the first 430 KVA fluid SIC PCs in the industry, achieving up to 99.3% maximum efficiency and up to 93.6% return efficiency (RTE) (RTE) for a duration of 4 hours (92% including auxiliary tax).

Five-levels State of Charge (SOC)-EVENANCINGS-From cell to block-maximizes the usable capacity, while a back-to-back layout reduces the footprint by 21% compared to the previous generation. And robust liquid -cooled thermal management reduces the use of the help capacity and extends the life of the system.

Safety is prioritized with 11-layer protection against cell over voltage to PCS AC fermentation, and the ArcDefender technology of Sungrow to reduce boog risks. The system meets all AHJ requirements in North America thanks to its ultramodern fire safety systems, and is fully tested and certified in advance.

The Powertitan 3.0 is designed for rapid implementation. The system is fully UL9540 certified before shipment. Improved O&M tools on the site further shorten the commissioning on behalf of timelines compared to the previous product generation.

Embedded with Sungrow Stam cell grid-forming technology 2.0, the Powertitan 3.0 anticipates raster disorders before they escalate, so that energy storage reacts proactively.

The product supplies renewable energy sources and energy storage grid-forming synchronous synchronous, gigawatt-scale black start, seamless mode to switch between grid-complowing and grid-forming, adjustment to changes in the wide range (1-40), and makes 20 milliseconds fast and 90 ° Symmetrics.

With these functions, the product quickly supports schedule recovery, maximizes the income of additional service and ensures reliability in all grid scenarios: generation, transmission, microgrids and consumption -end points.

As the demand for data center for uninterrupted energy increases, grid -forming storage has become a crucial enabler. Powertitan 3.0 from Sungrow is designed for this mission and offers the stability and reliability that is needed for mission -critical operations.

PowerStack 255Cs

Sungrow also introduces the PowerStack 255CS integrated energy storage system for the North American C&I market, equipped with 314-ah battery cells for 257 kWh capacity in a 2-hour system.

With fully integrated PCs and BMS streamlining Powerstack 255C’s energy storage activities while the installation complexity is reduced. The system supports multiple layout configurations and offers an adaptable implementation for various site requirements. In addition, installed and pre-placed components make a rapid grid connection possible and improve the overall implementation efficiency. The innovative design makes scalable parallel applications possible, so that a maximum of 25 units and projects between 257 kWh and 6.4 MWh are supported, making it an ideal solution for a wide range of energy storage needs.

The all-in-one design integrates batteries and PCs in a single cupboard, which works on three-phase, 480 volts (nominal). The PCS provides a maximum of 98.6% maximum efficiency, while the RTE of the system reaches 90%. A robust liquid -cooled thermal management system lowers auxiliary consumption by 40%with a more efficient diet.

The PowerStack 255Cs meets the global safety standards, including UL 9540 and NFPA855/69, with more than 500 tests of more than 500 tests from cell to system level.
