Buildex has launched the technology and solar infrastructure company based in China, a line of installation robots for solar panel. A built -in forklift truck, a robot arm and advanced automation software support its ability to wear, pick and place panels in different areas.
The China, based in China, has launched Buildex, a line of installation robots for solar panel for large-scale PV projects. The company is a position of the China-based Tinastella Investment Development, founded by the founder of the Chinese PV module manufacturer Trinasolar.
The Buildex equipment has a built-in forklift truck, a robot arm and advanced automation subsystems for navigation, speed and safety.
The machines can wear, pick and install panels with a variety of mainstream module dimensions. According to the company, it can position a maximum of 60 modules/hour. The work of Bout confirmation is not part of its functionality.
There are two models, Buildex S, Hybrid-driven series for fixed tilt and the fully electric tracker-compatible Buildex E-series, with 9.5 T and 9 T. respectively.
These can work in the field for 40 hours and 10 hours respectively. The height is adjustable and can support 1p/2p -Layouts. Positioning is supported in a range between 27 and 45 degrees.
The equipment is made to adapt to complex sites, with mobility in sand, grass, snow, slopes and hills, and is said to be able to manage a slope of 20 degrees. They both have a maximum speed of approximately 5.5 km/h and can work in a temperature range from -20 ° C to 50 C.
The company noted that its machine vision technology, multiple image sensors and automation software make precise navigation possible. It has real -time obstacle detection sensors with ± 10 cm precision for safe operation. The careful treatment of the panels is made possible by adaptive moving and precise placement technology.
Trinabot confirmed PV -Magazine That it is actively expanding its presence on large world markets, with a special focus on the middle, Europe and Australia, which offers revival of solar infrastructure equipment and technologies.
The robots are sold directly by Trinabot with distributors who handle the sale in certain important markets, according to a company spokesperson.
Trinabot, located in Changzhou City, was founded in 2018 and incubated by Trina Solar State Key Laboratory of PV Science & Technology. It is funded by Trinastella.
