A development of the development is the ‘penalty rise assessment’, which helps operators avoid expensive fines by easier to understand and act the state of costs (SOC) problems. In comparison with often incorrect estimates of the battery management system (BMS), the new tool indicates when systems near risky thresholds work and SOC limit offers recommendations based on the behavior of the Real-World system. With these insights, operators can deliver the power more reliable when the electricity prices are highest, avoid fines and protect assets for long -term value.

“As the scales of the energy storage industry and evolve, many of our customers are opposed to new and complex challenges that they have never been confronted with,” said Stephan Rohr, Co-CEO and founder at Twaice. “At Twaice we focus on anticipating these emerging needs and delivering innovations that offer immediate, practical value. Our latest functions give operators the clarity, control and trust they need to optimize increasingly complex systems.”

In addition, four new functions show how Twaice helps to tackle the most difficult operation challenges of the industry, including:

  • Maximizing availability: the “usable and repairable energy” of Twaice KPIs Helpoperators quickly spot and prioritize problems that influence availability and performance. Combined with integration of the financial platform of Modo Energy, operators can now directly link hidden energy loss to turnover impact, making it possible to make emarter asset management possible.
  • Protection of long -term profitability: New “Round trip Efficiency (RTE)” Monitoring provides visibility that goes beyond batteries for inverters and transformers. By capturing efficiency drops where they occur, RTE insights make early detection of performancegradation possible that could otherwise go unnoticed for months.
  • Management of warranty and contractual risks: Adjustable “warranty & guarantee Tracker” linked to 50+ KPIs makes proactive compliance monitoring possible, with predictive warnings before thresholds are exceeded – saving costs and disputes.
  • Accelerating operational decision -making: new “automated reporting” improvements provide tailor -made, deeply linked insights into the required Cadans -daily, weekly or monthly, to ensure that the right teams have the right information when it matters the most.

Each of these innovations meets critical needs that are identified by close cooperation with the customers of Twaice, such as BW ESS, an important operator of large -scale energy storage activa.

“The battery analysis software from Twaice offers us the visibility we need to make operational decisions more effectively, to increase the availability of the Bess and to ensure that our battery portfolio works safely and efficiently,” said the capacity of Asset Management at BW ESS.
