Eti -turn has been launched HazguardDriven by Vallen, a gas filtration and venting system designed to eliminate toxic emissions during battery of thermal drained events.

Hazguard integrates with Eticaag’s Lithium iron phosphate (LFP) Battery systems, which are already patented Liquidshield immersion technology To suppress the thermal runner at cell level. If the gas is released, Hazguard activates quickly in the surrounding environment quickly air, neutralize and release them safely. This eliminates harmful by -products such as water dust luoride (HF), carbon monoxide and other flammable fumes.

“This closes the loop,” said Jaime Hidalgo, CEO and co-founder of EtiGaag. “Our immersion technology already prevents a fire and eliminates spread. With Hazguard we also protect first responds, facility operators and the surrounding community against toxic exposure.”

Hazguard has a multi-phase filter system powered by patent-liability technology that scrubs in real-time toxic and flammable gases. Neutralized air is exhausted on safe levels far below the regulatory thresholds, supporting and improving safety in sensitive implementations – such as data centers, hospitals and densely populated urban sites.

The system integrates seamlessly into the cabinet and container configurations of EtiKaag and is recommended for each application with a zero tolerance policy for toxic or flammable discharge.

Hazguard is now available as an optional safety improvement at Eticaags full line of immersion-cooled energy storage systems.
