In strategic cooperation to accelerate the approval of residential solar energy, EnergySage announced its collaboration with Third Act, a Grassroots Climate and Democracy Organization that mobilizes older Americans as volunteers and activists, founded by environmental activist Bill McKibben. The collaboration is designed to make Zonne -Zonne energy more accessible, more affordable and comprehensible for homeowners throughout the country.

“We know that the local sun is a smarter solar – but myths continue to exist,” said McKibben.

To start the partnership, EnergySage and Third Act will be a free “Go Solar in 2025! Your questions answered” Organize that is designed to demystify the solar process and enable participants about costs, savings, installation and incentives.

The webinar Will be held on Tuesday, July 15 at 3 p.m. and contains clean energy experts and a live Q&A to help you personally navigate the process and overcome obstacles to implement solar energy with your own house. With the congress ready to eliminate the 30% sunbathing loan in 2026, the best time is to go solar energy now. Register here.

Through this partnership, homeowners can:

  • Answer a few basic questions to determine whether their home is suitable for solar energy.
  • Receive multiple quotes from the researched local installers.
  • Access to personalized support from an EnergySage Energy Advisor – such as a solar version of a navigator in health care – to guide them through the process.

“Third action has a unique and powerful voice in the climate movement, especially among older Americans who want to leave a better world,” said Charlie Hadlow, President and COO of EnergySage. “We are proud of supporting their mission by offering reliable tools and expert guidance to help people take real climate action at home – while they also utilize communities on the front lines of the crisis.”

This initiative is part of the larger movement of Third Act prior to SundayA national mobilization for renewable energy that culminates on a dynamic day of action, art, culture and public participation in villages and towns throughout the country on September 21, 2025.
