Jackery continues to expand its product range beyond storage with a new 2 kW solar gazebo designed for creating outdoor space, starting with availability in the US in 2026.

Chinese solar and storage company Jackery has put the finishing touches on its long-promised solar gazebo, a 2,000W terrace called Jackery Solar Gazebo.

The gazebo, which was on display at CES 2026 on the Jackery stand, uses integrated solar components, which feature a louvered roof with 20 individual 100W PV modules, said to be of industrial quality, with a cell efficiency of ≥25%. Jackery said the solar panels are designed for a lifespan of more than 25 years.

The company envisioned that when the gazebo is bundled with a Jackery Explorer 5000 Plus power station and a transfer switch, it can provide backup power for the home while providing a useful outdoor living space.

The garden shed also had integrated lighting, sun blinds and a fold-down projection screen. The frame itself is made from 6063 T5 aluminum, with the design intended more as a permanent outdoor structure for the home and backyard than as a portable one. It is expected that some of these functional elements may be optional extras at the time of purchase.

Steven Wang, the company’s vice president of the Americas, said pv magazine at CES 2026 that Jackery invested in “moon shot”-style ideas as the company continues to roll out storage and backup power options. Originally, Jackery says it was the first in the world to produce battery packs for smartphones, and the company has continuously innovated since then.

“As we look to the future, we see the home consuming more and more power, with more and more smart technologies and features. You need power 24/7, that’s essential. So that’s all for sure, and we will stand for that. And then for us we have ideas and new products like the Solar Gazebo, our Solar Roof Tile, the Solar Mars Bot. And those are venture capital bets or moonshots,” said Wang.

In total it has dimensions of 4.5 m by 3 m by 2.7 m and a weight of 350 kg.

Jackery wouldn’t commit to an exact availability date, but said it would go on sale in the US market in the second half of 2026. The price was suggested to be around $12,000.
