Magellan launches Home Battery System – PV Magazine International

West-Australian manufacturer Magellan Power has unveiled a new all-in-one residential energy storage system with battery capacities from 9.6 kWh to 25 kWh and inverter capacities from 5 kW to 15 kW.

On Perth-based battery designer and manufacturer Magellan Power has launched the Karri storage solution for home energy that combines a lithium-iron phosphate (LFP) battery with storage capacity from 9.6 kWh to 25 kWh and a built-in hybrid inverter from 5 kW to 15 kW.

The all-in-one design also includes an air conditioning unit that, according to Magellan, ensures that optimum thermal management and safe battery processing ensures optimal thermal management.

Magellan Managing Director Massoud Abshar said that the fully integrated Karri Home Energy Storage System, manufactured in the Perth facility of the company, is specifically designed for the unique conditions of Australia.
