Solar Racking Systems Company S-Rack Australia works together with Energy Appleit to have a parking garage on several floors afterwards with a 42-space roof Zonne-Carport in Sydney, Australia.
Sydney-featured S-Rack Australia works together with commercial Clean Energy Solutions Company Energy Agning to retrieve a DHL-Logistieke Hub in Sydney, New South Wales, afterwards with a carport on the roof of solar roof.
Located on top of a parking garage on several floors in Matraville, uses the 42-car SpaceSvaart Carport 267 solar modules to generate 130 kW (DC) capacity to deliver the activities of DHL in the Eastern Sydney facility.
S-Rack General Director Liam Turner told PV -Magazine Installing a solar energy on solar energy on an existing operational parking area with its challenges comes with its challenges.
“Energy consciously provided seamless activities so that our team could deliver this project on time and with budget,” Turner said.
Factoring Because the parking area was both functional and increased, the fighting distribution -challenges with heavy machines, including the planned use of a tap, meant construction, but the construction was completed once at the work location in two weeks.
ENERGY -AWISE -director Nick Burrows told PV -Magazine There is a lot of planning and details that go into a successful installation.
“S-Rack jumped in and worked seamlessly with our team through this process. This resulted in implementing the installation aspect of this project according to plans,” said Burrows.
Important challenges included contacts with the original engineer of the building to ensure that the carport design did not undermine the structural integrity of the parking garage.
Approvals from the council were streamlined with the help of careful drawings.
As the increased parking area was used during construction, traffic management was essential to guarantee minimal disruption of the general public.
The 130 kW system consisted of 500 W Trina solar panels and the system uses Sungrow 110 kW and Sungrow 30 kW inverters (SG11CX and SG30CX), with the carport that is now set to generate 200,000 kWh of renewable energy in 2025.
