Sunotec, Sungrow Partner at 2.4 GWH of battery storage in Europe – PV Magazine International

Sunotec says that the Sungrow Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) Tech will implement in co-located solar projects in Bulgaria and a wider Europe.

Sunotec has announced that it has signed a deal with Sungrow to use 2.4 GWH Bess in a series of co-led solar and independent energy storage projects in Bulgaria and “other” European markets. It marks the first use of Sungrow’s Bess technology In Bulgaria.

The projects include independent and hybrid PV sites, with some supported by the national financing program of Bulgaria. Sungrow will deliver its Powertitan 2.0 Bess and inverters to be integrated into the Sunotec portfolio, with the recent release of the Powertitan 3.0 still only in China For now.
