Confronted Extraordinary rates of 145% on the import of Bess In the country, developers will have to rely on inventory to realize projects. When these stocks are exhausted, the outlook is unclear.

Even the rate percentage of 145% is uncertain. On April 14 the White House has released an “fact sheet”, That seemed to clarify the rates. In it, the White House noted that “China is confronted with the import of the United States as a result of its retaliation actions.” And it showed that it works. “This includes a mutual rate of 125%, a rate of 20% to tackle the fentanyl crisis and section 301 rates for specific goods, between 7.5% and 100%.”

Whether that means that Bess will attract the 245% rate is unclear. Speaking on April 17 in a Roth Capital Partners webinar, said Daniel Finn-Foley of Clean Energy Associates (CEA) that his team was still trying to determine whether Bess would be hit with the absurd high rate.
