Catalyst Power Holdings announced it has acquired Robison Energy, a New York energy services company (ESCO) focused on the ConEd footprint. The acquisition expands Catalyst Power’s customer base in Putnam and Westchester counties. Catalyst Power’s retail energy services can be expanded to include a range of complementary clean energy solutions for businesses, including Connected Microgrid solutions, energy storage, rooftop solar, demand response, EV charging and more.

“This is a great match. We are pleased to expand the mix of commercial and industrial customers who have access to Catalyst Power’s revenue-positive decarbonization solutions,” said Gabriel Phillips, CEO of Catalyst Power Holdings. “By expanding our customer base and channel partner relationships, we are broadening access to our cleaner energy options, including community solar, energy storage and proprietary Connected Microgrid solutions.”

Catalyst Power is an independent energy solutions provider specializing in integrating retail electricity with complementary cleaner energy solutions designed to help commercial and industrial businesses reduce costs, generate revenue and decarbonize their operations, all without investment in advance. The company leverages a proprietary technology platform that provides a new perspective on data to identify, underwrite, finance and provide solutions to customers, while executing more cost-effective on-site energy and efficiency projects for its residential energy customers. Catalyst Power continues to pursue additional strategic REP acquisition opportunities.
